Frequently Asked Questions

Who Pays for Utilities at Colonial?

Colonial pays for water, sewer and trash service, as well as the cost of heating the water. In addition, Colonial maintains the lawn and gardens at no additional cost to tenants.

Tenants must pay for their electrical service, which is provided by Idaho Power Company. Tenants may arrange and pay for optional land-line telephone service, satellite television and Internet service at their convenience.

Laundry facilities are available on-site for tenants' use at a cost of $1.00 for washing and 25 cents per dryer cycle.

Is Off-Street Parking Available?
Yes. In addition to on-street parking in front of the building, there are a limited number of off-street parking places at the rear of our building. Parking spaces are not assigned, but are available on a first-come basis.

How Much Does it Cost to Move Into Colonial Apartments?

The cost varies, depending on what time of the month you sign a lease and whether there is a Move-In Special.

Most one- bedroom, one-bath units rent for $395 per month, and the first month's rent is due in full, along with a security deposit of $300, when you sign a lease. However, rent is pro-rated for those tenants who move in after the 1st of the month.

Since we are currently running a Move-In Special that features a $100 discount off the first month's rent, new tenants can settle into the Colonial Apartments for just $595!
