Within short walking distance of shops, restaurants and services, Colonial Apartments is a small, family-owned and operated complex of 25 units. Some long-time residents of Nampa refer to our community as "the garden apartments" because Colonial is well-known locally for its gorgeous roses and inviting, well-tended gardens. Tenants and guests enjoy relaxing on shady porches and airy balconies, and over the years many neighbors have forged close and enduring friendships in Colonial's tranquil courtyard.

Like the Colonial Apartments, the city of Nampa is a friendly community comprised of welcoming, down-to-earth folks.
