Applying for an Apartment |

At Colonial, submitting a rental application is an easy, fast and friendly process! Give us a call at 465-0507 if you're interested in learning more about the Colonial Apartments. We will be happy to schedule a tour at your convenience and answer any questions you may have. And this is a great time of year to take a moment to feed one of our resident squirrels, or relax while watching beautiful songbirds at one of several wildlife feeders. When you're ready to take the next step, it's easy to obtain and complete a rental application. You can download and print an application online, or stop by our on-site office to pick up forms and enjoy the scenery while you're here. You may also request an application by telephone--just say the word and we'll drop one into the mail! Once we receive your completed rental application and fee, we will process the information quickly and confidentially. We hope to see you soon!
